Yes! Workspaces are private by default, requiring authentication and membership to access. However, you can toggle any workspace to public, making it accessible to anyone with the link without requiring login. Public workspaces are perfect for sharing curated resources, portfolios, or knowledge bases. You can switch back to private at any time.

What are the RSS feed limits?

RSS feeds are a premium feature available with paid subscription plans. Free users can view up to 50 RSS feed results to try out the feature. To access unlimited RSS feed items, upgrade to any premium plan: Starter, Pro, Business, or Enterprise. Premium subscribers enjoy unlimited RSS feed access across all their bookmarked sources.

What is Ask AI, and how is it different from Google or a general AI chat?

Ask AI answers questions from the bookmarks you have already saved, not from a generic web search. It ranks the links in your workspace by relevance, reads the most useful pages, and writes a short answer from those sources, with the source bookmarks cited underneath.

Is Ask AI included in the free plan?

Ask AI is available on Starter, Pro, Business and Enterprise plans. On the free plan you can still save, organise and search your bookmarks and use one workspace.

What is a workspace, and how is it different from a folder or category?

Folders and categories organise your own bookmarks. A workspace is a shared collection that other people can join. Everyone in the workspace sees the same bookmarks, can add to the collection depending on their role, and can use Ask AI across everything the group has saved.

Who can see and edit my workspace?

Workspaces are private and invite-only by default. Owners have full control including inviting members and assigning roles. Admins can add, edit and delete links but cannot invite people. Editors can add and edit links but cannot delete them.
